Making diagnostics more accurate and faster
We build tools for radiologists, radiographers, pathologists and heads of diagnostic services — so that data is available where and when it is needed to make a decision.
Clinical value first
Every solution is designed together with physicians and tested on real studies. We don’t do “technology for technology’s sake” — only what shortens the time to diagnosis.
Standards and interoperability
DICOM, HL7, IHE, FHIR. Open protocols, painless integration with HIS (hospital information systems) and equipment from any vendor, data migration without loss or downtime.
Russian stack and security
Unified Register of Russian Software, FSTEC certificate (Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia), support for PostgreSQL, Linux and Astra. Personal data is stored and processed inside the institution’s own IT perimeter.

From the first PACS to an AI platform
The ArchiMed team has gone through several technology waves together with Russian radiology — from film archives to artificial intelligence at the physician’s workstation.

First deployments of PACS servers and the DICOM viewer in Moscow clinics. The team comes from medical imaging R&D, with more than a decade of experience.

ArchiMed is released
A unified PACS / RIS / Viewer platform. Support for endoscopy, ultrasound, X-ray, CT and MRI. Launch of the radiologist workstation with MPR/MIP/3D and report templates.

Inclusion in the Russian Software Register
The “ArchiMed” software suite is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia (rights holder: ArtVision LLC). Roszdravnadzor registration certificate (Russian medical device registration) for ArchiMed as a medical device.

Aivory AI — neural network modules for analyzing CT, MRI, X-ray and mammography. Aivory Voice — voice input of reports directly into the RIS. AI assistants are built into the workstation, with no switching between windows.

Automated perfusion analysis in stroke
PRO Chronos — automated processing of CT perfusion in ischemic stroke. Core/penumbra calculation, lesion labeling and report preparation within the first minutes after the study.

The documents that underpin the platform
The ArchiMed platform is registered as a medical device and is permitted for use in public healthcare institutions. Medical device registration of the AI and post-processing modules is in progress.
Unified Register of Russian Software
ArchiMed is included in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. It is eligible for procurement under Federal Laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ (Russian public procurement and procurement by state-owned companies) as domestic software.
Roszdravnadzor registration certificate
ArchiMed is registered as a medical device — for public and private healthcare organizations. Medical device registration of the Aivory AI and ArchiMed PRO modules is in progress.
FSTEC certificate
Compliance with personal data protection requirements for operation in public healthcare institutions.
Interoperability standards
DICOM 3.0, HL7 v2/FHIR, IHE profiles (XDS-I, SWF). Compatible with equipment from GE, Siemens, Philips, Canon, Mindray and other vendors.
Russian technology stack
Deployment on Astra Linux, support for PostgreSQL Pro and certified distributions. Ready for migration from foreign PACS solutions.
