Module 01 · PACS Server

A long-term archive at any scale

Receives studies from any DICOM equipment, routes them between departments, replicates them to backup nodes and submits them to EGISZ. From the working archive of a single department to a regional CMIA (Central Medical Image Archive) serving thousands of beds — the same stack, the same guarantees.

  • Tiered storage. Hot, warm and cold tiers — SSDs for recent studies, disk arrays and tape libraries for archived ones.
  • Rule-based routing. AE title filters, modality, description, time of day — each study goes to the right radiologist or branch on its own.
  • Replication and fault tolerance. Active cluster, replication to a cold site, integrity checks — 99% uptime for a regional archive.
  • Integration with EGISZ and RRIS. Automatic submission of electronic medical documents, IHE XDS-I, exchange with regional CMIAs.
  • Personal data security. Storage-level encryption, de-identification, access auditing, FSTEC certificate (Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia).

Module 02 · RIS / Reporting

Study flow without manual work

The radiologist sees their worklist, opens a study, dictates or types the report from a template, signs it with a qualified electronic signature (QES) — and the report goes straight to the HIS (hospital information system) and the patient portal. All in one window.

  • Radiologist worklist. Assignment, priorities, turnaround SLAs, sorting by complexity and modality.
  • Report templates. Structured disease-specific reports with auto-filled patient details and series parameters.
  • Voice input. Recognition of medical vocabulary by a local model — no data is sent to the cloud.
  • QES and second opinion. Signing under Federal Law No. 63-FZ “On Electronic Signature”, routing for verification, revision log.
  • Department analytics. Reporting time, workload, KPIs by physician and modality, reports for the Ministry of Health.

A radiologist workstation with all the tools

Opens any DICOM study in seconds, preserves state across series, supports multi-monitor setups and hanging protocols. The same toolset for CT, MR, X-ray, mammography, ultrasound and endoscopy.

  • MPR · MIP · MinIP · 3D VR. Reformatting in arbitrary planes, volume reconstruction, virtual endoscopy.
  • Window / Level and presets. Ready-made presets by tissue type and modality, W/L synchronization across series.
  • Measurements and annotations. Ruler, angle, ROI, density in HU, volume, tracking of changes between studies.
  • Hanging protocols. Automatic series layout based on study type and physician preferences.
  • CT ↔ MR ↔ PET fusion. Registration of series from different modalities, SUV calculation, PRO Chronos post-processing (ArchiMed PRO modules — medical device registration in progress).
  • Web Viewer. The same toolset in the browser, for remote consultations and embedding in the HIS.
