FAQ

What customers usually ask

How long does a turnkey PACS implementation take?

For a single department with two or three modalities, the typical timeline is 6–10 weeks from contract signing to acceptance testing. For network projects and regional archives, from 4 months. The exact plan is drawn up based on the results of the assessment.

Can an archive be migrated from another PACS?

Yes. We support migration from commercial and open-source PACS via DICOM C-MOVE/C-STORE and by direct DICOMDIR import. The archive is transferred without loss of data or tags; study history and links to the RIS are preserved.

How does the support team’s remote access work?

Through a secure VPN with two-factor authentication and action logging. Every connection is recorded in the customer’s audit system. We can also work through your own bastion / jump host without opening additional ports.

What does the standard maintenance package include?

Regular updates, security patches, incident analysis under the selected SLA, a quarterly health check and an archive load report. Custom enhancements and feature extensions are handled as a separate block within the maintenance contract.

Is operation in a secure environment under FSTEC requirements supported?

Yes. The software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software (rights holder: ArtVision LLC), holds an FSTEC certificate and a Roszdravnadzor registration certificate (Russian medical device registration). We hand over the full document package and the threat model to the customer before the security attestation of the information system begins.
